Think I Might Like You

“Like You” blends hyperpop and hip-hop influences, dishing out 4EVE’s signature self-assurance and effortlessly cool vibe. The track’s production is driven by punchy bass lines and bright synths, making it incredibly catchy and easy to dance along to. The member’s vocals alternate between sugary harmonies and full-of-attitude rap verses, striking a balance between upbeat fun with a hint of edge.

The production of “Like You” is helmed by four-time Grammy-winning producer Brian Kennedy, renowned for his work with artists like Rihanna, alongside Rob Persaud, who has worked with Sabrina Carpenter and Nick Jonas. The song was written by Kennedy and Persaud in collaboration with rising musicians Fussy and Piao. Lyrically, the track is playfully boasting, combining confidence with a dash of teasing. Lines like, Lip gloss in my purse / All my girls are a ten / No need to pretendbring in a bit of sass, while the chorus “think I might like like you / put me in that like like mood” is pure earworm material. It’s a track that feels like it’s made for late night summer playlists.

“Like You” follows their first all-English track, “Boys Love Girls,” released last December, signaling their intent to resonate with a broader audience. The collaboration with 88rising underscores 4EVE’s commitment to expanding its international footprint. Their upcoming performance at 88rising’s Head in the Clouds Music Festival (HITC) in Los Angeles at the end of May 2025 will mark their U.S. stage debut.
