The 2026 lineup leans bigger and more ambitious, with prestige remakes, star-packed ensemble dramas, and new genre swings that push into action, thriller, romance, fantasy, and even musical theater. And yes, the mascots have their own expansion plan, too.

The Heavy Hitters

Scarlet Heart Thailand

One of the showcaseโ€™s loudest moments came with the official trailer reveal of Scarlet Heart Thailand, a new adaptation of Tong Huaโ€™s beloved historical fantasy. Led by Tu Tontawan, Win Metawin Opas-iamkajorn, Tay Tawan Vihokratana, Fourth Nattawat, Nanon Korapat, Phuwin Tangsakyuen, and a sweeping ensemble, this is positioned as one of GMMTVโ€™s prestige offerings of 2026. Director Kanittha Kwanyu helms the project, and the early visuals alone were enough to ignite international fandoms.

HiGH & LOW: BORN TO be HIGH

In a surprise closing announcement, GMMTV confirmed an official partnership with Japanโ€™s HI-AX and Parbdee Tawesuk to adapt the hit HiGH&LOW action universe for Thailand. Titled BORN TO be HIGH, the series unites top names from across the GMMTV roster including Sky Wongravee, Sea Tawinan, Perth Tanapon, Mark Pakin, Khaotung Thanawat, Nanon Korapat, Pond Naravit, Ohm Thitiwat, Nani Hirunkit, Winny Thanawin, Joss Way-ar, Barcode Tinnasit, and more. The Love of Siam: The Musical

A landmark moment for GMMTV: their first-ever musical, adapted from the modern classic Love of Siam. And already hiding from audience reaction, this is poised to be one of the biggest projects in GMMTV history.

GL in the Spotlight

One of the most noticeable shifts in this yearโ€™s lineup is GMMTVโ€™s clear, intentional investment in GL (Girls Love) storytelling. Historically, the studioโ€™s annual slates have leaned heavily toward BL, with GL titles often appearing in smaller numbers. This year marks a meaningful change with GMMTV not only introducing more GL titles, but doing so with visible budget and strong marquee talent. Series like Ditto, Bake Love Feeling, and Wish Upon a Star signal a shift toward broader representation and a deeper commitment to building narratives around womenโ€™s relationships with the same care and ambition the studio brings to its flagship BL dramas.

Ditto

Milk Pansa and Love Pattranite return as a pair in Ditto, a series about two women named Rafah who cross unlikely paths. Milk plays a flight attendant who has lost her job, while Love plays a ballerina whose broken leg has halted her dreams of dancing. Although both women have fallen from grace in their fields, they come together and help each other up along the way. Milk and Love are joined by Piploy Kanyarat, Ciize Rutricha, and Earn Preeyaphat to round out the cast. The series is adapted from the novel Ditto: Rafah, Fallen from Heaven, and is directed by Tle Tawan and Arisa Wawwanjit.

Moonshadow

GMMTV promises complex relationships and steamy scenes with Moonshadow. Starring Emi Thasorn and Bonnie Pattraphus, the series is about a young woman named Jan who has closed her heart off after a breakup. When she has a one-night stand with a singer named Key, Jan must confront new feelings as their relationship blossoms. When Janโ€™s ex-girlfriend, played by Film Rachanun, comes back into her life, both Jan and Key must decide on what they want and what they will fight for. Adapted from the novel Moon Shadow and directed by Fon Kanittha, Moonshadow leaves fans of Emi and Bonnie eagerly awaiting its release.

Enemies With Benefits

Fans of office romance will want to tune into Enemies With Benefits, starring Jan Ployshompoo and JingJing Yu. Two office enemies enter into a friends-with-benefits arrangement after a fateful encounter and must keep it a secret while still butting heads in the office. The ensemble cast is full of familiar faces for avid GMMTV viewers like Ciize Rutricha, Kapook Ploynira, JJ Chayakorn, and more. The series is adapted from a web novel of the same name and directed by Tle Tawan and Arisa Wawwanjit.

BL For The Ages

BL remains one of GMMTVโ€™s strongest pillars, and the 2026 slate reflects a studio refining its approach to the genre. This yearโ€™s selections span rom-coms, darker psychological dramas, and more self-aware takes on modern relationships, pairing established fan favorites with narratives with their expanding global audience in mind. The lineup ranges far and wide, moving from low-stakes first-love stories to more serious explorations of adulthood and identity, including a coming-of-age series centered on a character living with HIV.

You Maniac

Starring LYKNโ€™s William Jakrapatr and Est Supha, You Maniac quickly emerged as one of the most anticipated BL series of 2026. Two self-aware โ€œred flagsโ€ enter a fake relationship for their own reasons, only to find the emotional lines blurring faster than expected in an opposites attract dynamic. The showโ€™s teaser trailer surpassed 1 million views within 24 hours, signaling strong international interest well ahead of its release.

I Will Always Save You

Jimmy Jitaraphol and Sea Tawinan step into unfamiliar territory with this action-leaning romantic comedy. When a police officer is assigned to protect a singer he canโ€™t stand, resentment slowly gives way to something more complicated. The series marks a tonal shift for the pair, giving them space to explore humor and vulnerability in a new way.

Gunshot

Gunshot pushes into darker emotional terrain for GMMTV staples Off Jumpol and Gun Atthaphan, who reunite in a revenge-driven drama about loss, grief, and obsession. After losing the love of his life, one man spirals into vengeance while a police officer tries to pull him back from the edge. The series promises intensity and moral ambiguity which is territory the pair hasnโ€™t fully explored together before.

For Action, Thriller, and Fantasy Lovers

For viewers craving higher stakes, darker themes, and genre-forward storytelling, GMMTVโ€™s 2026 slate delivers some of its boldest swings yet. These series move beyond comfort zones, blending action, crime, and fantasy with emotional grounding. Many also place familiar actors in unfamiliar roles, signaling a willingness to let talent grow alongside audience expectations.

Although they begin to investigate together, things arenโ€™t what they seem as they attempt to uncover who is behind it all. Mr. Kill will be directed by Chic Sakon.

Romance & Coming-of-Age

GMMTVโ€™s bread and butter remains heartfelt relationship stories and the kind of school-era or early-20s coming-of-age narratives that have shaped its global identity. Even with the slateโ€™s bigger swings into action, fantasy, and thriller territory, the studio hasnโ€™t abandoned the warm, character-driven romances that first pulled audiences in. The 2026 lineup includes a wide spread of campus dramas and gentle, healing stories, designed to resonate with younger viewers while still hitting that universal emotional note GMMTV is known for.

Kiss Me, Remember?

Good Boy Series

Good Boy Series is a second-chance, coming-of-age romance that follows a man who dies at 30 only to wake up in his teenage body. Determined to live his life differently this time, he navigates high school friendships, and love with the clarity of hindsight and the uncertainty of living in the moment during your youth.

Weirdo-101

Set in a school environment, Weirdo-101 pairs opposites in a quiet, slow-burn story about unexpected closeness. When a popular student grows closer to the schoolโ€™s resident weirdo, their lives begin to intertwine in ways they neither anticipated.

Music and More

Beyond the series announcements, GMMTV also used the showcase to underline how much its entertainment ecosystem has expanded. Music and performance have always been part of the companyโ€™s DNA, but the 2026 slate position it to be a major vehicle of growth for the company.

Boy group LYKN remains at the center of that strategy. Following their breakout year, the group will roll out a second album, headline a third major concert, and take their โ€œDusk & Dawn World Tourโ€ to 18 cities worldwide. On top of that, GMMTV confirmed Project Alpha New Clan, a fresh chapter of its idol-development program that originally introduced LYKN to the public.

The companyโ€™s 2026 plans arenโ€™t just benefit their artists either. GMMTV also unveiled Fanarium, the studioโ€™s first large-scale interactive fandom game set to launch in mid-2026. Built around its beloved mascots, Fanarium marks a new push into gamified fan engagement and digital collectibles, an extension of the studioโ€™s soft-power strategy that has already translated into real commercial momentum. The mascots themselves now operate almost like a separate talent division, with brand partnerships, weekend TikTok programming, and a dedicated management team overseeing their growing footprint.

Stars on the Rise

Another clear through line in the 2026 slate is GMMTVโ€™s continued investment in new talent. Alongside household names anchoring prestige projects, a wave of rising actors โ€” many appearing in their first major roles โ€” are positioned to break out next year.

Several of the studioโ€™s coming-of-age and romance titles introduce newer pairings to a wider audience. Luke Phimsan and Mick Metas, who first appeared together in Boys in Love (2025), return as leads in Good Boy Series, marking a step up in visibility for both actors. Similarly, Weirdo-101 places Sea Dechchart and Keen Suvijak at the center of a school-set drama, positioning the duo as one of the slateโ€™s promising new pairings.

On the GL side, Oxytoxin introduces a group of five emerging actresses, Waifha Chonitsiri, Tonkhao Nontakarn, Yogurt Yosita, Pang Sapsima, and Benz Jittanan, which signals GMMTVโ€™s interest in building new female-led ensembles from the ground up.

Meanwhile, When Oranges Fall spotlights Almond Phumisuwan and Progress Phaswich as a rising duo, giving both actors their most prominent roles to date. In 17th Spring, Chokun Puttipong and Aston Ratiphat front a sensitive, youth-driven story, positioning both as names to watch within GMMTVโ€™s next wave of teen-focused storytelling.
