IRENE & SEULGI – “TILT”

Red Velvet’s IRENE & SEULGI are back to knock you off balance with their second mini-album, TILT. Their title track, “TILT,” is a hypnotic listening experience teetering on the edge of control, love, and reality. It’s a glitzy little mind-bender, equal parts dance-pop fever and R&B slow-burn. The Red Velvet girls are cool and seductive as they trade off sultry vocals. “Thrill keeps building, feel like a seesaw play,” Seulgi teases, with Irene sliding in right after: “You can barely stand still, so stop pretending.” Together they sing, “Push me too hard, I’ll tilt.” With pulsating beats and shadowy grooves, “TILT” becomes a dangerous game of push-and-pull. Temptation versus control. Impulse versus logic. Backed by a sleek six-track mini album of alluring pop, “TILT” marks the duo’s first comeback since 2020’s “Monster” and proves they’re still masters of flirtatious bite. There’s no winning the game, so get ready to lose your balance and fall deep into the charms of Irene and Seulgi.
Mark Tuan – “High As You”

Even though the weather is heating up, there’s always room for a cool love song, and American alt-pop artist Mark Tuan has got you covered. On May 30, the singer-songwriter released his latest single, “High As You,” which serves as a pre-release to his upcoming project slated to be released later this year. The track is a complete pivot to his typical sound, marking a bold step in his journey of redefining his musical identity. And we’ve gotta say, it suits him well. “High As You” is a hauntingly romantic alt-pop track that captures the essence of an unforgettable love. The melody is seductive, with echoey vocals to punctuate the somber mood of the track. Tuan likens his lover to that of a high he can’t help but chase and damn, don’t we all want a love that addicting? Tuan’s airy voice really drives home this sense of all-consuming love, especially as he croons, “The way you tempt me, I might have to admit that I’m addicted, it’s true. ‘Cause nothing gets me high as you.”
Regina Song – “Love me again”

Singapore’s musical sweetheart, Regina Song, is back with her latest single “Love me again.” The singer is known for her more vulnerable lyrics and “Love me again” is no different, as it explores themes of longing, regret, and the passage of time. The track is deeply intimate and emotionally charged, perfect for those cooler summer nights. With this release, Regina Song revisits the aftermath of her first love. Breakups are messy, especially when you give a relationship your all, and sometimes all that’s left is a burning, hot, anger at how everything went wrong. But what happens when all that heat fizzles out? That’s exactly what Regina explores on “Love me again” — that aching desire to return to what once was. We’d all be lying if we didn’t say we’ve been there at least once, and Regina candidly takes us back to that heart-wrenching headspace.
KUN – “Deadman”

KUN turns up the heat with his smoldering new single, “Deadman.” The guitar-driven song is a blend of vintage soul and rustic rock with a modern twist. With his velvety vocals, he leads you into a slow-burning waltz where danger and desire blur. From the first strum, “Deadman” oozes late-night seduction with smoky riffs and simmering tension. Lyrically, the song captures his surrendering to an all-consuming infatuation. “If it was up to me, I’d give you my soul,” he confesses, giving himself with every note. Every sonic element of “Deadman” is designed to pull you under his spell. The sensual guitar licks, the rain-soaked longing, and the hypnotic chorus hit like a deep twirl in a dimly lit room. Cloaked in shadows and drenched in blue and black tones, the music video mirrors his descent into a love so deep it borders on delirium. KUN isn’t just falling in love, he’s disintegrating into helpless obsession.
Hanumankind – “Holiday”

Kerala-born, Houston-raised rapper Hanumankind premiered the brand new track “Holiday” for COLORS, a live performance platform, on May 29, and it shows exactly why he’s known as the “Big Dawg.” “Holiday” features a minimalistic beat, characterized by a couple of notes plucked off a bass guitar, allowing the rapper’s lyrical prowess to shine. The track is a perfect example of Hanumankind’s ability to create a banger off lyrics and tone alone, not having to rely on a flashy production to garner attention. He sets the tone of the track immediately with his raspy voice in the first few bars, “I come from the pieces of a broken world, where the peace is always disturbed […] What you see is all the things above the surface, they get nervous when a man gets deep.” With “Holiday,” the rapper explores the internal struggle between destructive impulses and the search for meaning — a tightrope many find themselves treading in this modern day and age.
LANDOKMAI, Hoseung – “Finger Paint”

Thai dream-pop duo LANDOKMAI and SURL’s Seol Hoseung bid farewell to spring with their gentle new single, “Finger Paint.” Like a somber sprinkle on a quiet afternoon, the track drips with delicate warmth under a haze of nostalgia and hope. “Finger Paint” is an ode to shared memories and the quiet comfort of growing up together. No matter how far life pulls you apart, you’ll always find your way back to a friend, unchanged in the ways that matter most. LANDOKMAI’s Upim’s airy vocals and Hoseung’s mellow tone make this international collaboration feel effortlessly dreamy. Together, they harmonize, “In the end, we’re still finger-painting.” “Finger Paint” reminds us that no matter how much we grow, the child within us always lingers.

The Rose – “Tomorrow”
Looking for a quick pick-me-up? The Rose’s “Tomorrow” from their new EP, WRLD, is just the daily dose of sunshine you need! The track is whimsical and warm, radiating optimism and brimming with hope. “Tomorrow we’ll be okay / Don’t worry too much,” the band sings. It’s a gentle reminder that brighter days are always within reach, or a night’s sleep. Airy guitars and mellow vocals carry the song’s carefree spirit, but it’s the trumpet line that steals the show. As the song draws to a close, the trumpets enter like a triumphant fanfare for the new day. The Rose is also gearing up for their world tour, “Once Upon a WRLD 2025,” kicking off on June 9 in Zurich, Switzerland. Additionally, their journey is captured in their upcoming documentary, The Rose: Come Back to Me, which premieres at the Tribeca Film Festival on June 6. If you’re looking for a reason to smile, “Tomorrow” is the perfect soundtrack to fuel your day with happiness.
Harra. – “Belum Bernyali (Acoustic Version)”

Harra. is back — and this time, they’re laying it all bare with an acoustic rendition. With “Belum Berynali (Acoustic Version),” the band peels away the polished layers of the original, opting instead for a minimalist arrangement where emotions take center stage. Gentle guitar strums serve as the song’s heartbeat, while the stripped-back vocals add a touch of vulnerability. The track is a rediscovery, capturing the fragile, conflicting emotions that come with reopening your heart. The lyrics, “Maybe I can’t fall in love yet, even though you are there when I feel lonely,” encapsulate the hesitation of moving forward while still looking back. “Belum Berynali (Acoustic Version)” is a comforting late-night companion if you’re still wrestling with your anxieties to fall back in love again.
Cafuné – “e-Asphyxiation”

Feeling chronically online and emotionally offline? Cafuné’s new single “e-Asphyxiation” gets it. The duo turns a digital burnout into a sleepk, introspective jam. The track is a stylish, electro-pop spiral of living in a digitally drenched world where your phone feels like a chokehold. Wrapped in synths and gritty guitars, “e-Asphyxiation” captures the soul-sucking battle of social media presence and the pressure to stay relevant, whether you want to or not. The song features punchy, relatable lyrics like “I don’t wanna post my face anymore/It doesn’t have the same appeal as before” and “I just want to stay home by myself.” “E-Asphyxiation” is a cyberpunk meltdown and post-doomscrolling anthem all in one. This new single sets the tone for their upcoming album Bite Reality, out September 12. Be sure to keep an ear out (and maybe take a couple of seconds to log off the internet)!

sunkis and yung kai – “Where The Sunlight Glows”
Rising male soloists sunkis and yung kai team up for “Where the Sunlight Glows,” a dreamy, bilingual track. Blending English and Mandarin lyrics, the song reflects on the kind of love or friendship that gives you hope for a future you can’t quite picture yet.
“It’s about a better place,” sunkis shared in a press release, “or even a future that you can’t see for yourself, that maybe a peer, friend or romantic partner sees for you.” yung kai added about the collaboration, “It felt really natural, like making a song with my big brother.”
