LISA – โWhen Iโm With You (ft. Tyla)โ
LISA links up with fellow global superstar Tyla on โWhen Iโm With You,โ an R&B track from LISAโs debut solo album ALTER EGO. The track is a standout on the LP for its easy-going instrumental, catchy chorus, and relatable lyrics (โcause havenโt we all been there once or twice?). The song captures the thrill and hesitation of falling for someone against better judgment but deciding to just go with it. LISA and Tyla trade off verses, playing into the push-and-pull of emotions that come with diving headfirst into love. Their voices complement each other well, creating a smooth back-and-forth that keeps the song moving and fun to listen to.

The Volunteers – โRulesโ
Meet The Volunteers โ the powerhouse trio of Yerin Baek, Jonny, and Chiheon Kim โ who are here to inject rock โn roll into your playlists with their new single, โRules.โ After returning from their 2024 North America tour that spanned over 25 cities, the band shifted gears, focusing on touring and promotions in Asia. That is, before the sudden tease of a surprise drop in February.
โRulesโ stays true to the bandโs signature rock sound, while delving into the theme of self-identity and carving your own path. Yearning for guidance, Baek sings, โPlease, lock me up with some rules / Please, lock me up with a map to you / Please, lock me up and wait at the door / I need the truth you used to tell me.โ These raw lyrics are brought to life in the accompanying music video. Through strong artistic choices, The Volunteers fill the video with pops of eclectic colors and minimalist beauty while playing the track directly to the camera. Alongside โRules,โ the band also released โSheโs in someoneโs locket,โ hinting at a possible future EP or album in 2025.
Rangga Jones – โI Like Itโ
Singapore-based singer Rangga Jones is continuing 2025 strong with โI Like It,โ his second release of February. The single comes just two weeks after his Valentineโs Day hit, โBy My Side,โ which has already racked up over 300,000 streams on Spotify. While โBy My Sideโ showcased his signature pop-R&B sound, โI Like Itโ takes things up a notch, presenting a fresh electric hip-hop edge.
Jones is joined on the track by Japanese singer nomoe, bringing an undeniable chemistry to the table. The duoโs seductive vocals glide over a sultry beat crafted by Quaraw โ a dynamic duo consisting of Track maker B and Track maker G. The group came together to produce the seductive song with perfect timing, as the weather heats up in March, so do the vibes in the track.
Jones sets the tone from the beginning with feelings of temptation and willingness to give in. After the first chorus, heโs joined by nomoe for a duet, with the two letting the night take them wherever it may lead. With its irresistible groove, โI Like Itโ is sure to have your head bobbing and feet tapping. Whether youโre chilling on a beach with a cold drink or need the escape, this track will transport you there.
Regina Song – โFairyโ
Released as a follow-up to the frustration in her viral hit, โthe cutest pair,โ comes the new single โFairy.โ Regina Song, a 21-year-old Singaporean singer-songwriter, dropped โthe cutest pairโ and watched it go viral while simultaneously experiencing the heartbreak over the relationship that the song is about. In a press release, Song reflected, โDuring that period, I had to watch my first love move on and see someone new, turning into someone I couldnโt recognise. The concoction of frustration, disappointment and anger, ultimately transforming into concern, drove me to write this song in one night.โ
In โFairy,โ Song explains her confusion and hurt as she sings, โIโm trying to breathe deep / And get through the night (try not to cry) / But I keep getting intel โbout your new spell from left and right.โ As the song unfolds, Songโs characters begin to take shape, with her at the center. Fans can expect this narrative to continue, as โFairyโ has been announced to be the first single of Songโs sophomore album, set to come in late 2025.
Before she drops more music, Song will be hitting the stage in the Phillipines at Wanderland Festival in March as well as Indonesiaโs LaLaLa Fest.
Naniwa Danshi – โDoki itโ
Naniwa Danshi is back with โDoki it,โ a high-spirited, refreshing song celebrating the thrill of everyday life. The seven-member Japanese boy group delivers an electrifying rack brimming with youthful energy. With its funky bassline, vibrant guitar riffs, and an exhilarating beat, โDoki itโ is the perfect soundtrack for a high-teen, coming-of-age movie. Itโs the kind of song that makes you want to sprint towards your dreams and embrace every moment of life. The group also released a colorful music video, radiating feel-good vibes. If youโre looking for a pick-me-up for this coming spring, this track is the one for you!
But Naniwa Danshiโs fun doesnโt stop here. Released alongside โDoki it,โ the group also released โDonโt Worry!!โ A smooth, uplifting B-side, it serves as the official theme song for SoftBankโs Tobidel ad campaign. This track blends laid-back urban beats with an empowering message about fully embracing yourself. Think of โDoki itโ as the opening song to this youth film, with โDonโt Worry!!โ coming in for a sweet, heartfelt closing. Together, these songs showcase Naniwa Danshiโs versatility, proving they can bring both excitement and comfort.
Raveena – โLose My Focus ft. UMIโ
If youโre craving something atmospheric, ethereal, and positively cosmic but just canโt find it, โLose My Focus ft. UMIโ is exactly what you need. The blend of Raveenaโs light vocals and UMIโs airy yet deep register is not only pleasing to the ears, but it adds perfectlyto the aura of Raveenaโs album Where the Butterflies Go in the Rain (Deluxe). What was once a solo track has now become a serene duet with equally dreamy visuals.
Melding soul, R&B, and a touch of Bollywood influence, Ravenna sings in the chorus, โCanโt help but lose my focus / Canโt help but lose my cool / Youโre moving through my body / All in my mind too.โ Joined in the second verse by UMI, the two singers pass the mic back and forth until ultimately coming together to harmonize in the bridge. The song closes with echoes of Raveenaโs voice, until, of course, the repeat button is immediately pressed upon ending.
For those who desire even more of Ravennaโs soothing, soft vocals, youโre in luck! She will be hitting the road this spring from April to June. As she tours across the U.S., she will also be joined by Renao and Lightning Bug for select shows.
G-DRAGON – โDRAMAโ
If youโre craving a song for a beautifully messy breakup, G-DRAGON has you covered. โDrama,โ the fourth track off the K-pop legendโs long-awaited album, รbermensch is dripping in heartbreak. The melancholic piano melodies and lyrics cut deep. Think love, chaos, and just the right amount of cinematic suffering. G-DRAGON incorporates Korean, Chinese, and Japanese in this melancholic track. With lyrics like โWin or lose, just for the hell of itโ and โYou never like it when itโs nice,โ he captures the push and pull of toxic romance.
รbermensch is G-DRAGONโs first album release since his 2017 EP, KWON JI YONG. Just this past November he released the high-energy โPOWERโ as his first step back into the music scene after his seven-year hiatus. He followed up with โHOME SWEET HOME,โ a nostalgia-packed EDM track featuring his fellow BIGBANG members, TAEYANG and DAESUNG. Awich – โAsian State Of Mind (feat. Jay Park, KR$NA, Masiwei & VannDa)โ
Awich pulls together some of Asiaโs biggest rap names for โAsian State of Mind,โ a powerhouse collaboration featuring Jay Park (Korea), KR$NA (India), Masiwei (China), and VannDa (Cambodia). Framed as a hip-hop cypher-style track, each artist brings their own regional flair in a true meeting of heavyweights. Fresh off making history as the first Japanese rapper to perform at Coachella, Awich sets the tone with her verse before passing the mic. She opens the track by highlighting her roots and resilience, rapping about her rise from challenging beginnings and her commitment to representing Okinawa. She is followed by Park, KR$NA, Masiwei, and then VannDa, who all rep their personal journeys, cultural pride, and contributions to the hip-hop scenes in their respective countries. A labor of love, hard work, and dedication, โAsian State Of Mindโ is more than just a collaboration for Awich โ it also captures the ambition and pride fueling her new era.
Koyal – โhalf aliveโ
Ever felt stuck in the in-between? Longing for something more but unsure how to reach? Questioning the existence of your life? If so, โhalf aliveโ by Koyal is the song for you! Released alongside their second studio album, breath in. breath out, this ballad is a slow-burn, anxiety-racking listening experience. The track begins as a quiet whisper, with gentle guitar strums intertwining with vocalist Pooja Prabakaranโs soft vocals. As the song progresses, the layers of guitar and distant echoes build into something like the calm breaking before the storm. It all leads to a breathtaking explosion where Prabakaranโs voice breaks through the tension, singing โSet me free!โ If youโre in the mood to feel everything at once, let this song wash over you and pull you under its waves.
Koyal is made up of best friends Pooja Prabakaran, Noah Weinstein, and Wallace. They first came together in their Atlanta college basement and together leaped into the music scene. Theyโve since sold out their hometown venue, played the Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival, and embarked on an East Coast tour. OFFROAD Kantapon – โเธเธดเธเนเธเธ (Foul)โ
Thai singer and actor Offroad Kantapon explores the unexpected sides of love in โเธเธดเธเนเธเธ (Foul),โ his latest solo release. Featuring SMEW, who also wrote and composed the track, the song blends R&B and pop with a touch of hip-hop, creating a laid-back yet emotionally-charged sound. The lyrics tell the story of catching feelings for someone without realizing it, reflecting the mix of hesitation, surprise, and excitement that comes with falling for a close friend. Offroadโs smooth vocals carry the songโs sincerity, while SMEWโs verse adds another layer of emotion.
Produced and arranged by BNZ Worachet Thanupongcharat, โเธเธดเธเนเธเธ (Foul)โ highlights Offroadโs versatility as a performer and marks a strong step forward in his solo music career.
SB19 – โDAMโ
Pablo, Felip, Stell, Justin, and Josh โ members of the iconic Filipino group SB19 โ have shaken things up with their latest single, โDAM.โ Marking the beginning of their Simula At Wakas era, the track is a melting pot of genres, blending hip-hop, EDM, and rock with a splash of Filipino folk thrown in to top it all off. Always known for pushing boundaries, the song is as unpredictable and dynamic as SB19 themselves. The title is a play on the Tagalog word โpakiramdam,โ meaning โfeeling,โ with the song reflecting themes of perseverance, resilience, and staying true to yourself. For SB19, โDAMโ is a bold, genre bending statement that further cements their reputation as trendsetters in the P-pop scene.
Their new EP, Simulas At Wakas, is set to release on April 25 supported by a world tour of the same name this summer.
