mindfreakkk, Rangga Jones – “Four Leaf Clover”
July is all about that sweet, youthful love that feels like the sun on your skin, and this collab between mindfreakkk and Rangga Jones is the perfect soundtrack for those heart-wavering moments. “Four Leaf Clover” initially came as a surprise, with mention of the song on social media only a week prior to its release. Yet, immediately, fans took to social media about this dream of a collab.
“Four Leaf Clover” begins with the soft and lightweight voice of mindfreakkk until it takes a deeper dive with the low tone of Jones’s silky vocals at the chorus. The two vocals intertwine like a summer sunset and the night moon, and the lyrics take the same intimate meaning. The pair sings during the chorus, “Oh, we can dance till we’re sober / Lay your head on my shoulder / Only you can fill my emptiness, it’s true.” Even if you aren’t coupled up this blistering season, “Four Leaf Clover” can easily act as the soundtrack to all your romanticized, nostalgic moments.

RESCENE – “Deja Vu”

RESCENE have us reminiscing on those sentimental, past summers with their latest release, “Deja Vu.” The rising girl group composed of members WONI, LIV, MINAMI, MAY, and ZENA is back with their second single album, Dearest. RESCENE’s unique concept is focused around the Proust Effect — the idea that specific scents evoke memories or emotions. The lead single, “Deja Vu,” is a prime example of this fully realized concept. Holding onto Dearest’s message of “experiences and people that seemed to have passed, yet continue to live on through memory,” the song embraces quiet yearning. They sing: “From within the faded note / I was touched by your voice / Carried by the gentle wind / It brings me back again — after all.”
“Deja Vu” is a mid-tempo pop track with a tender tinge. The retro analog synths and emotional vocal deliveries leave listeners basking in their memories. The song’s dreamy vibe is amplified in the official music video. RESCENE showcase “girlhood” at its finest — frolicking together, capturing moments in their digicam, and most importantly, sharing laughs that will last a lifetime. With another ear-worm under their belt, RESCENE are ready to spread their everlasting fragrance with the world.
DJ Snake, J Balvin – “Noventa

“Noventa” is about to be an inescapable tune this summer with its certified party vibes. When powerhouses DJ Snake and J Balvin are on a track together, you know that it is time to turn up and hit the dance floor! Their last collaboration, “Loco Contigo,” which also featured rapper Tyga amassed over 500 million views and solidified itself as a summer hit. “Noventa” amplifies this momentum while giving a nostalgic twist to reggaeton. “Noventa” means “ninety” in Spanish, and the song is an ode to the colorful party scene of the 1990s. The song fuses the strengths of DJ Snake and J Balvin to invite listeners everywhere to dance along to the beat.
The music video plays into the ‘90s theme with VHS-style footage capturing the community created thanks to music in the streets of New York. It is the epitome of how “the decade that shaped modern pop culture” paved the way for global artists like DJ Snake and J Balvin to pump out boundary-defying anthems. DJ Snake has a busy year ahead, and “Noventa” marks the first marquee collaborations for his upcoming album, Nomad. “Noventa” is a powerful beginning to this era, leaving listeners wondering what other tracks will take the world by storm this year.

AHOF – “Rendezvous”

This group of nine debuted only five days ago and is already taking over our hearts with their authenticity and determination to achieve their dreams. Their new single “Rendezvous” comes from their debut EP, WHO WE ARE, an album of six songs that is filled from beginning to end with universal storytelling of global hopes. As the third song on the album, “Rendezvous” brings an electronic, positive motion for a team on a mission to prove themselves to the world.
The group sings about chasing their dreams while the music video shows them growing and working toward accomplishing them. After being grouped by the survival program Universe League, AHOF are stopping for nothing on their mission to become “All-time Hall of Famer”s (AHOF).
LYKN – “Drip”

In Thai quintet LYKN’s latest single, the group sing about their determination “drip, drip, drip drippin’” on a rock, wearing it down over time. The rock in question? A girl’s heart. They fight for her love with unwavering confidence that if they give it their all, surely she will begin to love them back. The track is popping with fun, and the vocals give in to the silliness of the instrumental with elongated note holds and artistically placed autotune.
Adding to the narrative of the single is the caricature-like music video with each member quite literally fighting for a girl’s love and attention in the boxing ring. As she shows up as an audience member, the ring girl, and the coach, the boys’ fondness for her grows, and her passion increases as well, only with the opposite intention. But what can they do? She’s a “knock out beauty.”
ENHYPEN – “Shine On Me”
Ahead of their Japanese album release at the end of July, ENHYPEN are transporting fans through soundscapes and into the stars with the pre-release single, “Shine On Me.” Uplifting in tone and hopeful in meaning, “Shine On Me” contrasts with the boys’ most recent release while still matching the energy and lore of the group perfectly.
The concept ENHYPEN embody for “Shine On Me” and their future releases is vivid and joyful, and this peaks through with every word. Sweetly, the song opens with, “Saw the brightest star in the night sky / The you that I met on that night was a star.” Wanting to reciprocate the love that has been shown to them, during the chorus, they sing about giving their light back to those they care for most, their fans. If this single is any indication of what their full Japanese release, YOI, will sound like, it’s bound to be their brightest album yet.
Dana Salah – “Bent Bladak”
Jordanian-Palestinian songstress, Dana Salah, continues to make a lasting impact with her music with her latest single, “Bent Bladak.” Across all of her musical endeavors, Salah fearlessly incorporates her heritage with Arabic lyrics and instruments. “Bent Bladak” is an uplifting anthem for women empowerment, recognizing the courage of women everywhere. Salah shared that she was “inspired by the strength, creativity, and resilience of Palestinian women, the true backbones of our families and societies.”
The song begins with an acapella that highlights Salah’s enchanting vocals. “Bent Bladak” then picks up in pace with traditional Arabic instruments that inspire listeners to pick up their feet and dance. The song has a sophisticated, modern edge with a pulsating bass and pop song structure. Now more than ever, voices like Dana Salah are needed in the music sphere — and she is going above and beyond to deliver both powerful music and messaging.
1VERSE- “Multiverse”
1VERSE are ready to welcome you into their “Multiverse!” They might have crossed your path with their Gen-Z humor across social media, but these starlets are ready to enter your heavy rotation. The quintet consists of members KENNY, HYUK, NATHAN, SEOK, and AITO. 1VERSE are set to debut on July 18 with their single album, The 1st Verse. To build anticipation, they dropped the pre-release single, “Multiverse.” The cheery pop song encapsulates the team’s camaraderie and infectious energy. “Multiverse” is the perfect sonic introduction to the team, as KENNY sings: “Among countless songs / It shows, it shows / We’ll meet in this 1VERSE.”
“Multiverse” is a love song bursting with vibrant imagery. The song describes a love that was destined to find 1VERSE in every multiverse. They sing in the chorus: “Lost in the feeling / Sky with no ceiling / I would love you babe / In every multiverse.”
Other tracks in this week’s Sunday Spin playlist include “HOT SAUCE” by Babymonster, “Woo Ah” by 4EVE, and “Touch” by Galchanie. Listen to everything mentioned and more, curated by Team EnVi only for you on Spotify.
