As one of the most successful music acts of the moment, BLACKPINK continues to shake the world of fashion. Not a day goes by without members Jisoo, Jennie, Lisa, and Rosé making it to the headlines for their flawless style, trendsetting influence, and involvement with fashion brands. Today is no exception and here’s everything you need to know about BLACKPINK’s latest fashion news.

Rosé Becomes Tiffany and Co.’s Ambassador

After a successful solo debut that smashed records around the world, on April 21 BLACKPINK’s member Rosé joined a list of celebrities that has included Elle Fanning, Lady Gaga and Kendall Jenner, in lending her looks to a Tiffany & Co. campaign. The announcement came with Rosé’s appointment as a Global Ambassador for the luxury jeweler and it is one of the brand’s first major communication moves under LVMH.

In a press release, Tiffany and Co. explained they chose Rosé to star in this campaign because of her modern style and confident personality, which embodied the spirit of this particular collection, inspired by “the edge and energy of New York City.” In the same communication, Rosé expressed how honored she felt to be part of the Tiffany and Co. family. “I’ve always loved wearing Tiffany jewelry. To be part of an iconic brand that has been part of my life for a long time makes it that much more special to me,” she said.

The news came as a surprise to fans. However, at the beginning of the month, Alexandre Arnault, Executive Vice President of Product and Communications at Tiffany & Co. already hinted the scoop when he took his personal Instagram to interact with his followers. Alexandre, son of LVMH’s head, Bernard Arnault, joined Tiffany and Co. earlier this year after LVMH acquired the US jeweler in what is considered the largest acquisition in the history of the luxury industry and is expected to replicate his success as the CEO of luggage brand RIMOWA,—where he tapped collaborations with the likes of Daniel Arsham, Virgil Abloh, and Kim Jones. This new era for Tiffany and Co. starts with the launch of the HardWear Collection that will make its global debut on Friday, April 23.

According to Vogue, this partnership between Rosé and Tiffany and Co. includes events and ads that will take over the Tiffany’s Manhattan flagship in May, so stay tuned for upcoming updates.

In the meantime, you can check Rosé’s first-ever Vogue Australia cover and catch up with the interview where she opened up about her trainee days, the BLACKPINK fandom and her dreams.

Lisa on the Cover of Vogue Japan

On the other hand, fellow Blackpink member, Lisa, has been revealed to be the cover star of Vogue Japan’s June Issue. On Wednesday, April 21, the Japanese magazine revealed through their website two versions of the cover and a short behind-the-scenes video. For these pictures, Lisa showcased her stunning visuals and portrayed two different styles in a light yellow off-shoulder dress and a crop-top and monogrammed shorts ensemble accessorized with blue and camo baseball caps respectively.

The covers, photographed by Kim Hee June, feature the Thai rapper, singer, and dancer styled in looks from Celine’s latest collection. According to Vogue Japan, the June Issue follows the “BEAT GOES ON” theme and focuses on music and fashion.

Upon this release, fans flocked online stores to place pre-orders, causing the fashion magazine to sell out immediately and probing—once again—BLACKPINK’s power.

For those who couldn’t secure a copy, the magazine will be available in stores starting April 28. Meanwhile, you can check Lisa’s photoshoot on Vogue Japan’s official Instagram account.
