Inside Balmain’s Paris Fashion Week After Party. See Photos

On February 28, fresh off their latest collection unveiling at Paris Fashion Week, Olivier Rousteing and Balmain hosted an intimate party at Le Bristol in Saint-Honoré. The party reunited a selected group of faces from the fashion and entertainment industry including Emily in Paris stars Ashley Park and Paul Froman, Ugandan-British actress Sheila Atim, Turkish screen queen Hande Erçel and Swedish singer Snoh Aalegra.

Balmain’s Fall Winter 2024

Balmain showcased its latest womenswear collection as part of the official calendar of PFW. Pulling inspiration from his hometown in Bordeaux, creative director Olivier Rousteing, presented a runway where grape motifs — as a reference to Bordeaux’s winemaking status — structural forms and 3D designs melded together.

The Front Row

A diverse group of personalities from global fashion, music, film and entertainment mingled on the front row. With the filming of the production resuming in the City of Lights, there was an Emily in Paris mini-reunion in the VIP section as Ashley Park and Camille Razat posed for the cameras. French icons Aya Nakamura and Mélanie Laurent were present, embracing monochrome dressing for the event. Meanwhile, influential Asian and diaspora names such Hande Erçel, Lily Chee and Heart Evangelista made headlines with their stylish get-ups.

The After Party

Celebrating Rousteing and Balmain’s runway, special guests reunited at Le Bristol, famed for its architecture and known as one of the epicenters of Paris Fashion Week. Olivier Rousteing’s closest friends danced the night away and toasted with a custom cocktail provided by Johnnie Walker Blue Label.
