Hanni, member of K-pop group NewJeans, has reprised her partnership with Gucci in a new campaign. The singer paraded the streets of Seoul, South Korea in branded attire to promote the Gucci Horsebit line, a vintage-inspired collection most recognizable for its emblematic hardware. The newly-released imagery marks Hanni’s second time participating in a Gucci campaign.

Celebrating the Gucci Horsebit

In the most recent campaign, captured by photographer Tyrell Hampton, a Gucci-wearing Hanni poses in various spots across Seoul. The focus of the campaign is Gucci’s signature Horsebit line, which includes the Gucci Horsebit 1955 bags and Gucci Horsebit 1953 loafers.

Styled in a Gucci monogram miniskirt and cropped graphic tee, Hanni showcases the Gucci Horsebit 1955 shoulder bag in brown leather. Another series of shots shows Hanni wearing a fiery red Gucci monogram leather jacket over a simple white tee and blue wash jeans as she carries the Gucci Horsebit 1955 shoulder bag in black leather. Hanni also modeled the iconic bag’s Rosso Ancora edition, a colorway exclusive to South Korea.

In addition to handbags, Hanni became one of the first women to wear the Gucci Horsebit 1953 loafers in a campaign. As she strutted through the streets of K-pop’s lively birthplace, the singer oozed the bright energy NewJeans are known for.

Gucci Girl Hanni

Since her debut as part of NewJeans in July 2022, Hanni and Gucci have fostered a close bond. The star fronted her first Gucci Horsebit 1955 campaign in March 2023 and has attended various global events for the Italian House. Additionally, Hanni was appointed global brand ambassador for Gucci Beauty in March 2024 and promoted the release of the Rouge à Lèvres Mat lipstick 509 Rosso Ancora as her first task.

As NewJeans has grown in the global mainstream, fellow members Minji, Danielle, Haerin and Hyein have also constructed their own brand in the luxury fashion and beauty world. The group released a double single on May 24 featuring the effortlessly nostalgic tracks “How Sweet” and “Bubble Gum,” marking the start of a new era of collaborations, performances and success for NewJeans.
