Since 1958, designers and celebrities alike have flocked to Milan twice a year to discover the latest fashion collections at Fashion Week. Amidst breathtaking backdrops like the Gothic Duomo di Milano and notable fashion sites like the Museo Armani, Italy’s economic capital brings forth glitz and glamour.

From globally renowned fashion houses like Gucci and Prada to more contemporary brands such as SARAWONG and DES_PHEMMES, the Italian catwalks showcase the season’s best. However, cutting-edge designs and bold silhouettes are not the only highlights of the shows. More often than not, the VIP section at a fashion show garners just as much attention as the clothes on the runway.

In our day and era, the front rows are a “stage of its own,” a space to showcase each brand’s cultural capital. Below, EnVi looks beyond the brands to deliver a list of the best-dressed guests at Milan Fashion Week.

Amiaya at Diesel

Identical twin sisters Ami and Aya Suzuki, who make up the Japanese music duo Amiaya, touched down in Milan on February 21 for Diesel’s show. The twins donned matching distressed sweaters, denim mules, Diesel chokers and the brand-signature 1DR bag. Tapping into the red hair renaissance of 2024, Amiaya styled sleek, velvety bobs.

Heart Evangelista at Onitsuka Tiger

Filipina powerhouse and Fashion Week heavy hitter, Heart Evangelista, was spotted at Onitsuka Tiger’s 75th anniversary show. The actress opted for an iconic floral look, custom-made by the brand’s creative director Andrea Pompilio. Presenting the perfect contrast between sophistication and informality, the trendy cut-out dress was complemented by a pair of sturdy boots and elegant accessories including a Kelly Hermès bag, a timepiece and fine jewelry.

SEVENTEEN’s Hoshi at Diesel

Traveling from Seoul to Milan, K-pop star Hoshi took a break from this group’s busy schedule to attend Diesel’s Fall Winter 2024 presentation. The voyeuristic event underscored the surveillant nature of the 21st century with 24-hour livestreams leading up to the show and screens within the venue broadcasting at-home viewers. Hoshi flawlessly embodied the spirit of the collection in a modern iteration of the Canadian tuxedo. The SEVENTEEN member wore a washed denim three-piece set featuring slightly flared pants, a sleeveless top and a biker-style jacket. To top off the ensemble, which was taken from the Spring Summer 2024 runway, Hoshi sported a pair of silver D-Hammer boots.

Seira and Yamato at Diesel

Brother-sister duo Seira and Yamato sat alongside Hoshi at Diesel. The pair wore coordinated beige bottoms and tops with hints of lime green. The technical fabric ensembles featured details such as straps, plastic hardware and statement zippers. Seiracarried her hair in a high ponytail and accessorized with a pair of miles and a 1DR mini bag. Meanwhile, Yamato completed his look with a pair of wheat-colored boots and a hobo bag. The internet personality also embraced a front-row beauty staple: a black manicure.

IVE’s Yujin at Fendi

“Baddie” singer, Yujin, member of the K-pop group IVE, pulled off a body-hugging floor-length yellow dress. The halter-cut piece featured nude accents and was tastefully paired with a baby yellow Peekaboo bag. Keeping things classy, Yujin — who is an ambassador for Fendi — sported her iconic bob in a subtle side part.

Gulf Kanawut at Onitsuka Tiger

Another Asian powerhouse in attendance at Onitsuka Tiger’s show — held at the historic Milanese palace Palazzo Spinola — was Gulf Kanawut. The Thai actor turned heads dressed in a black double-breasted jacket and matching sportswear-inspired pants. The key point of his ensemble was a pair of yellow boots seen on the brand’s previous runway. As usual, the star made a case for unorthodox and daring looks, at once flamboyant, stylish and compellingly unique.

(G)-IDLE’s Yuqi at Fendi

Fendi brand ambassador and K-pop star, Yuqi, donned a monochrome look for the brand’s latest collection unveiling. The singer brough her A-game to the front row in an orange look featuring a high neck but out jumper and an asymmetric trompe-l’oeil skirt with details that simulated a cardigan wrapped at the waist. Yuqi matched the look with a Peekaboo bag of the same color and the Fendi Filo high-heeled sandals.

Blue Pongtiwat at Tod’s

At Tod’s, all eyes were on the star-studded front row, which reunited the likes of Heart Evangelista, Olivia Palermo and Jessica Alba. Thai actor Blue Pongtiwat was part of the VIPs taking in the runway from a privileged seat. The Ready, Set, Love star went for an understated but chic khaki set styled with black maroquinerie and a two-block hairstyle.

NewJeans’ Hanni at Gucci

Everybody believed the corset trend was left behind in 2023, but the runways and front rows of Fall Winter 2024 Fashion Week are proving us wrong. Case in point: Gen Z star Hanni took a cropped corset to Gucci’s latest fashion show. Hanni, who is now a regular VIP guest at events of the Italian brand, created a total look with the V-finished top and a long paneled skirt. To accompany the monochrome ensemble, the “Super Shy” singer added gold and red accents — a trendy Jackie bag and matching slingback shoes.

Davika at Gucci

No one rocks a fashion statement like Thai actress Davika Hoorne. The stylish starlet turns any place into a runway and her latest appearance in Milan was no different. Attending Gucci’s FW24 show, Davika made a shoe statement with a pair of extra-high platforms. Davika’s daring footwear was paired with leather shorts and a leather bra that could’ve as well belonged to a spring wardrobe. However, since winter is still in full swing, she topped the look with a military green coat and the it accessory of the season: a Jackie bag.

Xiao Zhan at Gucci

Chinese actor Xiao Zhan continues to prove his fashion credentials as a Gucci ambassador. The star channeled The Matrix style on the front row with a structured plum leather coat worn over black slacks and a silk shirt. To elevate the whole look, the actor sported a pair of platform loafers. Xiao Zhan’s outfit perfectly embodied the new Gucci style Sabato de Sarno is introducing for his tenure as creative director — clean, streamlined and with the right amount of edge.

Mew Suppasit at  MCM

Fresh off his New York Fashion Week takeover, Thai actor Mew Suppasit traveled to Milan to attend MCM’s FW24 press presentation. Held at the Palazzo Serbelloni, the event reunited influential personalities who put on their best MCM-powered fits for the occasion. Mew showed up in a total black look composed of tailored pants, a black top and a leather jacket. To add contrast, Mew sported gray sneakers and a monogram bag in the classic Cognac color that MCM is recognized for.

Stray Kids’ Hyunjin at Versace

Since he departed to Milan to attend Versace’s FW24 show, Hyunjin, member of Stray Kids, created an online frenzy. The star is already acquainted with the front row but his most recent appearance marked his debut at one of the major Fashion Weeks. Fittingly, Hyunjin went all out, daring to sport a shiny suit — yes, a throwback to the late ‘90s and early aughts when the divisive trend took over the hip-hop scene. Hyunjin’s spin, however, was glamorous and refreshingly modern. He wore the suit sans shirt and paired it with a heartthrob-approved hairstyle for a ten out of ten outfit.

SEVENTEEN’s DK at Bally

DK of SEVENTEEN is in no way a newcomer in the fashion circuit, but he keeps adding a sense of novelty to his front-row appearances. Attending Bally’s show as a brand ambassador, DK opted for a look reminiscent of Hollywood’s everyday ‘90s fashion. Medium-wash denim pants, a white tank top and a leather blazer created the quintessential heartthrob outfit. Part bad boy, part sweetheart, the look balanced the best of old days fashion and DK’s ability to embody any style.

Emma Watson at Prada

When it comes to style, trust British actress Emma Watson to deliver lessons every time she steps out. Emma, who is one of Prada’s most recognizable faces and campaign stars, rarely steps out for fashion events, so her appearances in the front row of Prada are highly anticipated. At the brand’s latest show, the actress anticipated the upcoming season and offered a class on spring style, layering a blue coat atop a floral dress. The actress paired the look with nude pumps and a side-part hairstyle.

Prim Patnasiri at Prada

With a look taken straight from the SS24 runway, Thai actress Prim Patnasiri stepped out in Milan for Prada’s new collection unveiling. Prim’s look featured a shirt top tucked into a burgundy sheer skirt and complemented with a marine blue cape and black statement accessories. So chic!

Dew at Bottega Veneta

The Italian luxury house Bottega Veneta hosts one of the most anticipated presentations at Milan Fashion Week. This season, the finely curated front row featured la crème de la crème of fashion, including Kate Moss, A$AP Rocky and Thai actor Dew Jirawat. Dew kept things simple for the occasion with a look that slightly nodded to the ‘90s — a trend that has been prominent on the front rows of Milan. In addition to the retro-style denim, white shirt and trenchcoat ensemble, Dew’s outfit featured one of the must-have accessories of the season: a statement necktie.

Yara Shahidi at Prada

The right accessories can take any look to the next level and Yara Shahidi put this style motto into action to attend Prada’s show. The actress turned up at the event in a look that combined shorts, an embroidered top and a shirt featuring this year’s returning embellishment — the grommet. La pièce de resistance of Yara’s outfit was a statement belt, which perfectly juxtaposed the rest of her look.

Aitana at Versace

Spanish music sensation Aitana wore —  quoting Anne Hathaway — “the cutest little thing ever” to Versace’s front row. The piece, a strapless LBD was styled with black tights, platform shoes and a white Medusa ‘95 bag. Aitana not only received compliments for her look at Versace, she also made waves at Fendi, Roberto Cavalli and MM6.

Jeno at Ferragamo

From New York to Milan, stars have been leaning on the power of a total look. Thai singer Win Metawin, for example, made a case for all white at Tommy Hilfiger while singer Dahyun made monochrome look cool on the front row of Michael Kors. On February 24, K-pop idol Jeno proved that the monochrome formula also works for street style-infused looks. Attending the presentation of Maximilian Davis’ new collection for Ferragamo, the singer went for a utilitarian look featuring an ivory bomber jacket and matching cargo pants. To add subtle contrast, the star, who serves as the brand’s ambassador and campaign model, added patent leather shoes — a simple and effective way to upgrade a fit.

Ji Chang-wook at Armani

Following the same style principle, South Korean actor Ji Chang-wook sported a full look at the Armani FW24 show. Tapping into Armani’s effortless elegance, the actor wore an off-white suit with a sheer top, which not only aligned with the naked dress trend but also bestowed the outfit with a casual flair.
