NCT’s Yuta Takes the Denim-and-White Style Formula to Louis Vuitton’s 2023 Pre-Fall Show
It’s just another front-row day for the members of the K-pop group NCT, but they’re still bringing out headline-worthy looks. On April 29, the multihyphenate Yuta Nakamoto attended Louis Vuitton’s 2023 Pre-Fall show in Seoul, South Korea. The singer and actor proved his fashionista title, opting for a timeless style formula: denim-and-white.

The Bulletproof Formula
The members of the K-pop group NCT are well-known fashion show darlings. In months past, the group has paraded around the world wowing the fashion crowds. Following his bandmates’ steps in New York, Milan, and Paris, Yuta stepped out for Louis Vuitton’s latest destination show, held at Jamsugyo Bridge. The star went for a season-appropriate look that proved you can never go wrong with the classics.
Adding yet another remarkable outfit to his stylebook, Yuta slipped into a pair of white, pleated tailored trousers, a white ribbed top, and a denim jacket. The devil is in the details, so the well-executed look didn’t feature just any denim jacket, but a fun design with a corseted waist, a short tailcoat, statement buttons, and a raw neckline. Of course, the ensemble was properly accentuated by an LV Crown Necklace and, for contrast, a pair of white sneakers. Altogether, the fit was madly tasteful: a bit of edge, a bit of casualness, and yet, a total classic.
Yuta x Louis Vuitton
Over the last year, Yuta has cultivated a strong friendship with Louis Vuitton. The Japanese star has participated in several events by the French fashion house, fronted magazine covers dressed in full LV looks, and joined the brand’s social media campaigns. And just like the rest of his bandmates, the public doesn’t seem to get enough of it. Back in the Spring-Summer 2023 menswear season, the influencer marketing platform Lefty, reported that Yuta garnered $800,000 of EMV with an Instagram post of his invitation to Louis Vuitton’s show. Proof of his influence is that despite not being physically present at the event, Yuta ended up ranking among the top ten influencers during Menswear Paris Fashion Week.

Advanced dresser and NCT member, however, are not Yuta’s sole roles. The Japanese heartthrob is currently making waves around the world with his acting gigs. With starring roles in HiGH&LOW: The Worst X (Cross) and Cool Doji Danshi (Play It Cool, Guys), Yuta is expanding his already stacked resumé and letting his name resonate among the biggest Japanese stars.
It, of course, helps that he always seems to be perfectly in style whether it is donning rockstar looks, offering lessons on trendy nails, or reinventing classic styling formulas, as he did at Louis Vuitton’s front row.
